Shipping + Returns
We offer free ground shipping in the USA on online orders over $75.00. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge, and in-store pick up for local customers.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us here.
PLEASE READ: Require Signature For Delivery
While reviewing the cart page at the beginning of the checkout process, checking the box that says "$3.00 - Require signature confirmation upon delivery of my order." will indicate that the shipping provider must require a signature or other acknowledgement of receipt prior to leaving the package at its destination. B. Barnett is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the packaged is confirmed delivered by the shipping provider. If the "Require signature confirmation" box is not selected, the customer is agreeing that packages may be delivered and left even when a recipient is not present, and such packages will be delivered per the shipping providers standard confirmation. If "Require signature confirmation" is selected, and for some reason the recipient is unable to provide a signature or other acknowledgement and delivery is delayed as a result, it will be the customers responsibility to arrange delivery or pickup from the shipping provider using the tracking information provided.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on regular priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of receipt of purchased items. All merchandise must have tags still attached. All shoes must be in their original box with dusters and must be unworn. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of returned items for funds to appear back in your account. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns/exchanges.
To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to email@example.com. In your note please include the following:
- Your name + Order #
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a shipping address. When preparing the return, please include one of the following:
- Original invoice or copy of return approval email
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our store.
- We can not guarantee vendor tags will be attached or original dust bags will be included with any merchandise.
- Cosmetic, fragrance, beauty, hosiery, purchases using any discount or promotion, and trunk show orders are final sale.
