We offer free ground shipping on online orders over $75.00. We also offer expedited or international shipping for an additional charge, and in-store pick up for local customers.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on regular priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of receipt of purchased items. All merchandise must have tags still attached. All shoes must be in their original box with dusters and must be unworn. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns/exchanges.

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your note please include the following:
- Your name + Order #
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a shipping address. When preparing the return, please include one of the following:
- Original invoice or copy of return approval email
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our store.
- Cosmetic, fragrance, beauty, hosiery, purchases using any discount or promotion, and trunk show orders are final sale.
